Groups and Training
Many value the group experience because of the mutual support and sharing with others in a safe space. In groups, you can learn and practice new skills, engage in self-discovery, and increase your confidence. My groups integrate well-established approaches, including Trust-Based-Relational Intervention (TBRI), person-centered practice, cognitive behavioral treatment, and trauma-informed care.
